We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend waiting until your return is processed to ensure proper inventory availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
